Hey everyone dont forget that our TV Commercial shoot is tomorrow starting at 5:00pm. Becuase it is a commercial shoot there will be no OFFICIAL training tomorrow. Please show up with your GI's. Also girls please wear a white shirt under your GI and boys no shirts underneath.
For the Adult classes please bring rashguards and board shorts as well as your GI's. For the Kicboxing class uniform is the same as always.
